Our logo is a tree.
Its roots represent each child’s cultural foundations and heritage. These roots give them a sense of identity, confidence and continuity, and the strength to grow and flourish.

The trunk and branches stand for life, growth and the power that comes from uniting differences. The intertwining branches symbolize the richness that appears when cultures meet.

We believe that children who are connected to their roots are better equipped to embrace other cultures with curiosity, respect and an open heart.

Why Graines de Culture?
We chose a French name to honor one of Luxembourg's official languages.
The word "graines" (seeds) fully reflects our vision and mission.
Like a caring gardener nurturing a young plant,
we hope to sow small yet precious seeds of culture,
confident that they will blossom into a lifelong appreciation of languages, cultural
heritage, and a sense of belonging.

The founding members
Graines de Culture is a newly established non-profit association created by
a group of parents of different nationalities, promoting cultural diversity and multilingualism.
We have joined our forces and enthusiasm
to build up an important project for our children.

Luxembourg is home to around 180 nationalities, offering children the unique opportunity to grow up in a
truly multicultural and multilingual environment.
At Graines de Culture, we believe that embracing diversity goes hand in hand with preserving one's roots.
Through our activities, we help children strengthen their connection to their mother tongue, discover their cultural heritage, and deepen their understanding of their family's country of origin.
By bringing families and communities together, we celebrate cultural diversity and build bridges between
the many cultures that make Luxembourg such a vibrant place to live.
